IN PARTNERSHIP WITH
COMMERCIAL DISINFECTION & INFECTION PREVENTION
We disinfect your entire location to kill germs on surfaces thus lowering the risk of spreading infections such as Coronavirus (COVID-19). We can create a recurring or one-time infection prevention plan designed to disinfect your location and keep your customers and employees safe.
We are following the guidelines established by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) related to preventing and handling pandemic-type situations. Our staff is staying up to date on newest information from the CDC about disinfecting protocols and processes.
CLEANING VS DISINFECTING?
Cleaning is accomplished by physically wiping and or scrubbing surfaces to make area visibly clean of dirt and debris.
Disinfecting kills viruses and bacteria on surfaces or objects. Disinfecting works by using EPA registered chemicals to coat surfaces allowing time to set and kill the virus in compliance with CDC guidelines.
For new clients, Upside Property Management will prepare a quote to disinfect your location. We recommended that all objects you do not want disinfected be put away in preparation for disinfecting service. If possible, we request all paper related material be filed/stored away. The chemicals used will leave little to no visible residue, allowing windows and mirrors to remain streak free upon completion.
If cleaning is requested our team is happy to assist. Please notify us as we create your disinfecting plan, as this is a separate service than disinfecting, available at an additional fee, and requiring a longer appointment time to be scheduled.
Atomized droplets pass an electrode inside the nozzle. Positively charged electrons are attached to the droplets
Charged particles are attracted to negatively charged surfaces.
Disinfecting agent reaches and wraps around all surfaces.
Each surface is uniformly coated with the agent and disinfected without direct contact.
