Can you give a quote over the phone?


For most of our services we are unable to provide a quote over the phone. Meeting with you in person (while maintaining social distancing) allows us to tailor a full proposal to your specific needs.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?


Spotless Logistics provides all cleaning products and equipment. We can also provide toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and more for your business as well.




Do you clean carpets?


We subcontract all of our carpet cleaning request to Elite Services Quality Clean. They provide tile and grout cleaning services as well.




What kind of chemicals do you use?


We currently use commercial grade biodegradeable cleaning agents manufactured by Proctor & Gamble.




Do you provide residential cleaning services?


Unfortunately, we do not provide residential cleaning services at this time.




Do your employees follow CDC guidlines when cleaning?


Yes, our employees have been trained to properly disinfect businesses in adherence to CDC guidelines. We are now requiring our employees to wear masks inside all facilities we service.





Billing & Pricing

Payments Accepted

We accept check or credit card payment through Quickbooks Merchant.  The majority of our recurring clients are NET 30 but can vary with each client.

Cancellation Policy

A written 30-day notice from either party is built in to our service agreement.

If there is an issue, our management team will work with you to resolve in a timely and efficient manner.  We appreciate all feedback as we continue to grow as a company.
